Bury Our Secrets (Henry Herbert #1) eBook (ePub)

Every family has a secret. Some are prepared to kill for it.

Henry Herbert is asked to give a eulogy for his uncle, Graham. But it’s been fifteen years since Henry has seen his father’s side of the family. Why would his uncle choose Henry when so many relatives knew him better?

It starts with a list; items Graham wants at his funeral. All straightforward, except the last request: Find Lillian. Nobody claims to know any Lillian in Graham’s past. Henry can tell they’re lying.

Arriving in Margaret River to prepare for the funeral, Henry finds curiosity calling, the list unravelling clues about a mystery Graham was on the cusp on solving. As Henry and his wife, Lucy, get closer to the truth, they quickly find themselves fighting for their lives, unsure who to trust. It seems Henry’s family will do anything to protect their secrets, and they haven’t been afraid to kill before.

There’s nothing like a death to bring out the truth.
